Changed your mind? No problem.
You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send your item back.
The item should be:
- unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags are still attached
- Coming back in the original packaging, folded properly
- No wrinkles, no marks, no scents
– we only accept items in clean, resellable condition
The deal:
- Return shipping costs of your first purchase are on us.
After that they are on you. - Use a tracked and insured service — if it goes missing, that’s on the sender
- We’ll process your refund once the item is inspected and approved

Same 30-day return window applies.
Before sending anything back:
- Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Use a tracked, insured courier
- Duties or VAT paid on delivery can’t be refunded
- If our return triggers customs fees because of incorrect labeling, those charges will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
A few things to know:
- You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund is on its way
- Banks and payment providers may take a few extra days to process
- If the item was returned in anything less than perfect condition, we’ll contact you before issuing a partial refund
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to a fault on our end
