You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send your item back.

The item should be:

• unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All tags are still attached
• Coming back in the original packaging, folded properly
• No wrinkles, no marks, no scents
  – we only accept items in clean, resellable condition

The deal:

• Return shipping costs of your first purchase are on us.
  After that they are on you. 
• Use a tracked and insured service — if it goes missing, that’s on the sender
• We’ll process your refund once the item is inspected and approved

Before sending anything back:

• Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
