The item should be:

• unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All tags are still attached
• Coming back in the original packaging, folded properly
• No wrinkles, no marks, no scents
  – we only accept items in clean, resellable condition

The deal:

• Return shipping is free for your first order. After that, costs are on you.
• Returns from Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium are always free.
• Use a tracked and insured service - if it goes missing, that’s on the sender
• We’ll process your refund once the item is inspected and approved
