Changed your mind? No problem. You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send your item back.

Here’s what we expect:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags are still attached
  • It comes back in the original packaging, folded properly
  • No wrinkles, no marks, no scents — we only accept items in clean, resellable condition

If a return doesn’t meet these standards, we may have to reject it or issue a partial refund.
Keep it sharp — the same way it came to you.

The deal:

  • Return shipping is free for your first order
  • Returns from Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium are always free
  • After your first order, return costs are on you
  • Use a tracked and insured service — if it goes missing, that’s on the sender
  • We’ll process your refund once the item is inspected and approved

Live in the UK? Same 30-day return window applies.

Before sending anything back:

  • Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Use a tracked, insured courier
  • Duties or VAT paid on delivery can’t be refunded

If our return triggers customs fees due to incorrect labeling, those charges will be deducted from your refund.

Based in the US? Same 30-day return window applies.

The deal:

  • Your first return is free
  • After that, return shipping costs are on you
  • Use a tracked and insured service — if it goes missing, that’s on the sender

Customs or import duties paid on delivery are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

A few things to know:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Banks and payment providers may take a few extra days
  • If the item is returned in anything less than perfect condition, we’ll contact you before issuing a partial refund
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our end
