Europe Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Returns are always free from NL, BE and DE. For other European countries, your first return is free; after that, return costs are on you. Please use a tracked and insured service.

For UK returns, mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any duties, VAT or customs fees caused by incorrect labelling may be deducted from your refund.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side.
